Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 5 days from the date on which Bazana receives returned goods. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favour of the "Billing Name" you used when placing the order. In case of prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.

 Returns policy

Bazana follows a transparent, no questions asked returns policy for all full-price products bought from the online store. You can return unused products you have ordered within 5 business days of the date of receipt. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
